About Relationship Coaching

Different from Counseling

Relationship coaching takes the active, skills-focused, goals-oriented part of counseling and drops out the mental health component.

Relationship coaching clients hit the ground running.  There is no time for multiple sessions processing serious emotional issues, so this is no substitute for mental health counseling.

This is the quickest way to reach your goals, if you are mentally ready to take responsibility for your life, your feelings, and your relationships.  What you do is what makes the difference in your life.

In relationship coaching you learn how to take the best and most effective skills and apply them in such a way that your life, love, and relationships move forward.

Progress in relationship coaching

As with anything else involving growth, it is two steps forward and one step back.  That is the way humans learn.  We need to deal with difficulties along the way.  In fact, they’re essential for being able to maintain your progress.  Imagine not learning to deal with difficulties…would that really prepare you for a great relationship, or would it leaving you worrying about something going wrong?

When you know you can handle it, you can do anything you desire.  Having a professionally trained, highly experienced relationship coach like Dr. Jack Ito will get you going the right way from the start, without wasting valuable time and opportunities.

In this index, you can learn more about Dr. Ito and why he may be the best relationship coach for you, especially if you have a difficult relationship or an uncooperative partner.

Why free coaching sessions are inadequate

You will also have the rare opportunity not to just get a single session, but to get a whole month of help for the cost of a single session.  We very wary of getting a “free session” somewhere with no further help (unless you then enroll for their regular coaching).  Coaching is not like counseling.  The work happens between the sessions and that’s when you need support and continued guidance.  For every hour the coach is spending with you in your session, he is spending 2 hours working with you outside of the session.

Good luck comes with good choices.

Good luck!
