Improve Your Relationship Now With Relationship Coaching
Relationship coaching is the most effective way to improve your relationship, especially when your partner does not want to go to relationship counseling with you.
Here is the step by step process for getting relationship coaching. There are also links to the free session request pages and the coaching fees page.
1. You make an email request or complete a form such as the one at this link:
http://www.greatrelationshipcoach.org/free_relationship_coaching_session.html
The basic information needed is:
- your name
- the region where you live (for calculating the time zone)
- your age
- what kind of relationship you have (single, married, other)
- what the best time of the day is for a coaching session and
- a short explanation (one or two lines) of why you are interested in relationship coaching.
2. I (Jack Ito PhD, Relationship Coach) receive the email in my business inbox. I check your information to make sure you are an adult and that the kind of help you want is appropriate for relationship coaching.
3. I send you an email with an assessment form matched to the type of relationship you are in and also some possible times that we could meet for an initial session. The assessment form is very helpful for defining what kind of relationship you want to have and will help us to choose goals for you quickly and easily. (This assessment form is not helpful without the appointment, however, so don’t bother to sign up just to get the assessment form).
4. You choose the time you would like to have for your coaching session. Also, you can choose to call me or to have me call you. You also have the option to use Skype. If you opt for me to call you or to use Skype, there is no charge for the call.
5. I confirm your appointment time and calling method.
6. At our appointment time I call you or you call me. The first session is FREE and generally lasts for 30 minutes. We will talk about:
- your situation
- your hopes
- what your next best step is for getting what you want (unlike counseling where much time is spent just talking, as a coach my goal is to get you taking actions that get you what you want as quickly as possible)
7. You will have the option to schedule another session, if you and I are a good match for your needs.
9. If you decide to reschedule, you will be sent a fee schedule and can choose how often and how long you would like your sessions to be. This link has information about my fees:

10. After you decide on your coaching length and frequency, you will receive an email invoice from Paypal. You can pay confidently and securely. None of your financial information ever comes to me from Paypal.
11. In your second session, we pick up where you left off with the previous session or you can choose something totally different to work on. (Unlike counseling, you are in charge of determining what we work on). I will help you with the how.
