Powerful questions lead to relationship growth
If you could solve two of your relationship problems, which ones would make the biggest difference? Would it be overcoming your shyness? Learning how to put romance back into your relationship? Getting past a hurt that has been done? Or possibly feeling in love again?
What would your daily life be like without those problems? What would you do with your partner and how would the both of you feel when you are together?
What is it that is stopping you from working on those problems? It is a belief that nothing can be done? That your situation is hopeless? Is it because you haven’t yet learned what to do? Or is it perhaps because you are spending most of your time doing things that are relatively unimportant?
What will it take to get you moving toward what you want? To give you a little hope? What is one thing that you could do this week that could start to help?
Relationship coaches ask powerful questions because the most important answers are to be found inside yourself. Stop searching for answers and start working on solutions. Then, your relationship will grow.
