Three success essentials for relationships, business, fun and everything else
Would you like to have a home built with inferior materials? Such a home would not last long before it started to fall apart. At first, you would just notice small improvements that need to be made, but as time went on, the repairs would need to be bigger, more expensive and time consuming.
Although these aren’t sexy, they are absolutely necessary for your success: 1) adequate sleep (8 hours per 24 hour period), 2) exercise (1 hour per day of vigorous, sustained exercise), and 3) proper nutrition. These are the building blocks for having a healthy mind and body. Shortchange yourself on any one and you will be building your life with inferior materials.
Without these things, you will have less energy because your mind and body will be deprived of essential needs. Less energy means less enjoyment of everything in your life. And, in case you are thinking that sleeping less will actually allow you to use more of your life time, think again-sleeping 8 hours per night will contribute to your living longer-making up for any lost time. The difference is, you will feel better when you sleep more.
As with everything else in life, you have a choice of whether to do these things or not. I recommend you choose life, happiness, and good health. They all fit together like a puzzle of a beautiful scene. Make your life such a beautiful scene.
